At PerfumeAddiction, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange on all unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original, unopened cellophane-wrapped box and place it inside a sturdy shipping carton with protective padding.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring all previous shipping marks are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
